Shipping Policy

At chibis.ch, every Chibi is carefully 3D printed, hand-finished, and packed in Moutier, Switzerland before being shipped to its new home.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.

• During new releases or busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates and may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

• Switzerland: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• North America: 5–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking

Whenever possible, orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@chibis.ch

We'll work with the shipping carrier to find the best solution.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee rerouting or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
